Karen's Holiday Cheese Balls

Recipe #1

2 package 8 oz. cream cheese softened
3.5 oz. Old English cheese
One 5oz Roka blue cheese (Kraft) (or half of jar of blue cheese spread or pineapple spread)
2tsp. Worchester sauce.
Garlic just a dash
Onion Powder 2 dashes.
Mix together well, form a ball in saran wrap when set, take out and roll in nuts, green onion tops (dried will do) or fresh parsley, or dried parsley go easy on parsley because it takes over the taste of everything else.

Recipe #2

8 oz cream cheese
1 cube of margarine
1 package Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing

Soften cream cheese and margarine and mix til smooth, add the Dry Ranch dressing mix. Roll into a ball and place it in the fridge, when cool, roll in dry or fresh parsley. Go easy on the parsley it takes over the flavor, or chopped nuts, or green... onion tops ( dried will do).
