I Love My Utah Jazz

Well it has been with much anticipation that I have awaited the first Utah Jazz basketball game. We whooped the Clippers with a final score of 111-98 on our home court. OK ,so the word whooped is a bit exaggerated here. Ronnie Millsap did an awesome job last night scoring 23 points.

We currently have three starters out with injuries and I was wondering how this would all play out. The injured are my man Mehmet Okur, that cutie Kyle Korver and also C. J. Miles.

I was also really concerned because the games will not be televised on KJAZ Tv anymore which is a local station and it was where I have been watching them. But ALAS.........I have the Fox sports channel. IT"S ALL GOOD!!!

Scary Cat

Happy Halloween Everyone !!

Halloween Memories

I remember seeing this movie only once when I was about 16 and I have never wanted to see it since. I remember a bunch of us girls went to see it at the Drive In theatre. Remember thoses? So really it was even scarier watching it from inside a car. I kept wanting someone to change seats with me and put me in the middle. Ha Ha.!!!!!I still say it is the scariest movie ever. But compared to the ones now a days it would probably seem pretty funny.

Happy Halloween Birthday Layni

It just does not seem possible that Layni could be turning 7 years old today. Sometimes it seems like only yesterday and at other times it seems so long ago.
I remember being so excited that we would have a Halloween baby. We called her our "Little Ghoul". She is such a joy and so much fun to be around and needless to say "She is crazy about her Nana".....................

Autumn and Halloween......they go hand and hand

I love the fall season. I mean ................. I really, really, really love fall. It is my time of year. I have always felt this way. I have such wonderful memories as a child growing up on a farm in the midwest of the Autumn season. Miles and miles of harvested corn rows in the fields, the burning of leaves after a full day of raking. The colors of brown, gold and red everywhere. I am always amazed to see all the pumpkins here and there. I love "Pumpkin Art".
