My son -in -law at the Nascar race this past weekend.
He will be doing his first Triathlon on March 28 in Las Vegas . It's called "Showdown at Sundown" triathlon at Lake Las Vegas. Seriously, on the self control thing.....No sweets..He did not even have one bite of the cheese cake on Sat.
