Crockpot Corn Chowder

My girlfriend Kathy pinned this to one of her Pinterest Boards this week and said it was delish I am totally making it on Saturday. 

Crockpot Corn Chowder: Place 4 potatoes (peeled and diced), 1 can of cream corn, 1 can of whole kernel corn, 2 c. of chicken broth, 8 oz. of diced ham, & 1 c. diced onion in crockpot. Cook on low 7-8 hours. Mash the contents to the desired consistency and then add 1/4 c. butter & 2 c. cream. Cook for an additional 30 minutes.
Update:  Made it Today Jan. 19th.  It is super duper yummy!
