About a week ago I was looking out a window at work when I spied a nest and some hatchlings. There appear to be three babies. The mother bird had been ever so watchful. I have told everyone they better not mess with her. She swooped down on someone the other day that had gotten up on ladder to "gaze closer".
Well it has only been 8 days and I swear they have doubled in size. Today it appears that they could almost fall out of the tiny nest. I guess it won't be long and they will be on their own. It has been fun to watch.
