I have been reading your old post and had to comment on this. My Annie had her hair cut for her 18th birthday. 17 inches! The pony tail for Locks of Love was 14 inches then another 3 for shaping the cut. I loved her trademark long hair. But love her short grown up hair now too. I also love that she had it donated to Locks of Love!
