This photo of me was taken in August of 2010 and today while I was looking at the Oak Hill Cemetery website I see where there are some pretty serious restoration projects happening here.
This is the photo on the website of this very mausoleum! Yikes! This is a very narrow path in front of these mausoleums........so narrow that I could not go past this area because of my fear of heights. It goes straight down and onto a road and a very wooded area. But if you can imagine there are approximately two more mausoleums to the right and the one at the end is the one that little Willie Lincoln was entombed in until he was later laid to rest in Springfield, Illinois in the family tomb.
