Holy Week is upon us! Holy Week began on last Sunday with Palm Sunday and ends April 4 with Easter. Palm Sunday celebrates Jesus’ triumphant entrance into Jerusalem. Later in the week, Holy Thursday, called Maundy Thursday in some Protestant denominations, remembers the Last Supper. Good Friday commemorates Jesus’ death on the cross, followed by the Easter Vigil on Saturday night and the celebration of Jesus’ resurrection on Easter Sunday.
It is my prayer that we might all remember the blessings of the Easter Holiday!
